This is my list of WGfriendly hotels in Bangkok which I've compiled from various website searches on the web.
The Ambassador Hotel is (??) because I have personal experience of them requesting a joiner fee but that was about 10 years ago. Can anyone post the current status?
The Davis Hotel is (??) as 1 website reports that it is NOT WGfriendly, not even with a joiner fee.
If anyone has any corrections to this list I'd be happy to know.

Wow, that's quite a list, thank you "Snake Head" (Hua Nguu - correct?).
I will supplement our Bangkok section with these as soon as I have time!
If you stay in Bangkok anytime soon, I can recommend Chatrium suites to you - it is new, stylish, luxurious and reasonably priced.
But it is situated near the river, so that's quite a journey from there to BKK's RLDs. |

I can't personally vouch for all of them as I tend to stick to Ibis Nana and St. James which are near NEP and Cowboy respectively and are in the Baht 1,500 range.
As I arrive by car from Pattaya I prefer hotels around the Asoke area for ease to get in and out of Bangkok on the expressways, and of course I need a car park too. |
